Terms and conditions governing the use of SelectWise services and AI workshops.
1. About Us

2. Services
SelectWise provides technology advisory services including:
- Fractional CTO and technology advisory retainers
- AI readiness assessments and implementation
- AI workshops (in-person and online)
- Automation and system modernisation consulting
3. Workshop Bookings
Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation and invoice.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are as stated at the time of booking.
What is included: Workshop attendance, digital materials, CRISPE framework card, action plan, certificate of completion, and 30 days of email support after the workshop.
On-site workshops also include refreshments and printed materials at the venue.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- 14+ days before the workshop: Full refund or free transfer to another date.
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund or free transfer to another date.
- Less than 7 days: No refund, but you may transfer to another date (subject to availability, one transfer only).
- No-show: No refund or transfer.
If SelectWise cancels a workshop (e.g. due to insufficient attendance or facilitator illness), attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available date.
SelectWise reserves the right to reschedule workshop dates with at least 7 days’ advance notice. Attendees will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.
5. Advisory and Consulting Services
Advisory engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed before work begins. These terms apply as a baseline unless the SOW specifies otherwise.
Payment terms: Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Intellectual Property
Workshop materials, slide decks, templates, and frameworks provided by SelectWise remain the intellectual property of DAMIJO LIMITED. Attendees receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own business purposes.
Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial training without written permission.
7. Liability
SelectWise provides advisory and educational services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAMIJO LIMITED’s total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described therein.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
