- Communication records — meeting notes, email threads, chat transcripts
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, cookies
- Booking data — name, email, chosen appointment time

All processors have appropriate data processing agreements in place.
International transfers: Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by UK GDPR adequacy decisions, UK International Data Transfer Agreements, or equivalent safeguards.
5. AI and automation
- AI assistants provide informational responses only — they do not make automated decisions affecting you under Art. 22 UK GDPR.
- Data sent through AI APIs is not used for model training (zero data retention policies).
- All enquiries are reviewed by a human consultant before any action is taken.

- Contact details and CRM: 3 years from last contact
- AI conversation transcripts: 1 year
- Analytics data: 26 months
After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consentat any time (Articles 15–21 UK GDPR).
